 The Girl Guides was re-named The Guide Association in 1994.
Jeff Banks designed the new range for the Guides in 1990. The new look consisted of mix and match separates which included sweatshirt, trousers and a baseball cap.
What kind of things would Jessica do as a Guide?
A Guide could accept to take on a "Challenge" — which is something she had never done before, or something she would like to do differently within the "Eight Point Programme". The different points include:
- Enjoying the Out of Doors
- Keeping Fit
- Thinking For Yourself
- Giving Service
- Exploring the Arts
- Becoming a Homemaker
- Keeping the Guide Law
- Getting to Know People
